2010 March, National design competition has hold in Montreal runway stage. As one of the 25 fanalist, i had chance to present my work on runway, althrough, i lost prizes. I was still honored to learn so much from other designers.

Eco fashion has become more and more awared amongst all designers. Save the environment and save the world! Yes, don't just say it, take some action.
I guess it's probably meant to me for me to participate the fashion show organized by envrionment foundation of Montreal.. I do want to be one of the canadian eco fashion designers, we will see!

JERSEY ----FLOWING WITH THE SIMPLICITY

If i ask you if you see 10 miles of fabric dropped out from the truck towards your door, what you would hope that be. Most people would have wished the most luxury or expensive wool or silk. I say, nothing would better inspire me than rolls and rolls of jersey. To be edgy doesn't means carrying the Louis vuitton bags, wearing Chanel suits and jimmy shoes. Sometimes, there is not even a rule to follow and trend to listen to. Free styling and simplicity can be the new label of being edgy. What fabric can be better flexible to create and manipulate than jersey?
In the fashion world, I often feel the itchiness of being top designer. The fantasy of glamor and fame doesn't come true with anybody in this field. To have the attitude of luxury silk or to choose to transform the jersey comfort? It is a question. It is very important to have the jersey spirit to live in the fashion world. Jersey is hidden beauty with massive creation combined together as a simplicity philosophy. Breath the fashion with the jersey probably would be the perfect way to set the foot in this dream land.
